Choose your treatment on this site and send a booking request, and we will confirm it by email. If you are staying at the resort you can also book through your personal butler or Guest Relations Officer. We recommend booking ahead, as the most-requested treatments fill first.

Please come at least 15 minutes before your appointment. That gives you time to change, complete a short wellness consultation and settle before your therapist begins. Arriving late may shorten the treatment, as the guest after you is expecting their own full hour.

Everything you need is here: lockers and changing facilities, sarongs, bathrobes, slippers and disposable garments. Come exactly as you are — there is nothing to bring.

Just let us know at least 6 hours beforehand and we will move or cancel it with no charge. Inside 6 hours, or for a missed appointment, we charge 50% of the treatment price.

In most cases, yes — please tell us when you book. Knowing about any condition, allergy, recent surgery, injury or pregnancy lets us choose the right treatment and brief your therapist. We offer the Elemis Expert™ Peaceful Pregnancy Massage, designed for exactly this.

Yes. Teen Spa by Essens has treatments designed for younger guests, and Little Me Kids Mani & Pedi is made for small hands and feet. Guests under 18 are welcome for these treatments when accompanied by a parent or guardian; the spa facilities themselves are for guests aged 18 and over.

Couple's Essens Experiences are designed for two, side by side in the same room — from the Elysian Indulgence to the full Essens Spa Journey. Tell us the number of guests when you book and we will prepare the room accordingly.

We do — for a particular treatment, or for a monetary value that can be redeemed against any spa service or retail product. Please ask us and we will arrange it.

Every day, from 10:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night. The last appointment of the day is the one that finishes by closing time, so longer treatments need an earlier start.
